Translation is a very complex task，which is not merely the job that renders the original into the smooth target language，but also the job that reveals and shows its beauty and culture．Although various and different proposals are suggested about the stages in translating，some procedures can be followed．Translating may be roughly classified into three procedures，namely the procedure of understanding，the procedure of expressing and the procedure of proofreading．
