《Say You, Say Me》是美国歌手莱昂纳尔·里奇演唱的歌曲，由莱昂纳尔·里奇填词谱曲，是电影《飞越苏联》的主题曲，于1985年10月发布，收录在莱昂纳尔·里奇第三张录音室专辑《Dancing on the Ceiling》中。
1985年的春天，莱昂纳尔在完成《We Are the World》之后，又应邀为电影《飞越苏联》谱写一首同名的主题曲。影片讲述了一个苏联叛变者逃到了西方，而一个美国叛变者因理想的破灭又逃到了苏联的故事。莱昂纳尔花了两个星期的时间，发现自己无法写出那样的一首歌，不过倒是谱成了另外一首他觉得可能很适合该片剧情的歌曲，那也就是《Say You，Say Me》。导演泰勒·海克福德听过之后，也非常喜欢，并决定放在片子结尾。
在《Say You, Say Me》中，莱昂纳尔·里奇融入了强烈的美国乡村歌曲风格，在简单明快的节奏中穿插欢乐奔放的摇滚，使整首歌曲张扬着蓬勃向上的生命力量，让欣赏者仿佛看到一束照亮生命的曙光。歌曲的音调以降A大调为主，拥有每分钟64次的缓慢歌谣式节拍，莱昂纳尔·里奇的声音控制在降E#4到G#5之间。
