[背景介绍]
《Lemon Tree》是一首由Fool's Garden（愚人花园）于1994年12月4日首唱的乡村歌曲，由Fool's Garden填词谱曲，收录在Fool's Garden1995年5月发行专辑《Dish of the Day》中[1] ，使这支原本寂寂无名的德国5人乐队一下子红遍欧洲，在被苏慧伦翻唱后也开始为国人熟知。
这首"Lemon Tree"是写一位大男孩在某个下着太阳雨的星期天下午等着他的女朋友，歌曲将等人时的焦虑不安及胡思乱想的心情表现得淋漓尽致。
Fool's Garden几乎可以和"Lemon Tree"划等号，从最初组队到由此曲走红，Fool's Garden已在地下摸爬滚打了5年，其貌不扬的他们直到德国电台听众纷纷点播"Lemon Tree"时才为人所知。1996年这首传唱至今的经典歌曲让全世界记住了这个来自德国的年青乐队。然而也正是"Lemon Tree"所创造的辉煌巅峰将Fool's Garden推入了已有无数前车之鉴的"One Hit Wonder"的尴尬境地，重蹈覆辙的他们之后音乐再也未能超越"Lemon Tree"这首蜚声全球的红曲而渐渐地无人问津了。
“LEMON TREE”的确是一首少有的醒神之作，颇耐玩味。与以前的唱片相同，这张新专辑也充满了六、七十年代的音乐感觉，畅快，浓郁，真性情的自然流露。 Fool's Garden的音乐取法THE BEATLES、THE ROLLING STONES。合唱、伴唱的运用使其表演色彩浓郁，感染力极强。
