米沃什波兰诗人，生于1911年， 逝于2004年，在1980年获诺贝尔文学奖。他的诗歌极具现实性，甚至能预见现实的发展。波兰总理马莱克·贝尔卡称米沃什为“伟大的波兰人”并评论道：“用他的心灵和笔，他给我们指路，解析现实，并敦促我们行善。”他颠沛流离了30年，这首诗正是流亡时期所做。虽然当时祖国的现状令他忧虑，个人生活苦不堪言，但他对生活并没有失去信心，依然赞美生活，充满希望， “直起腰来，我看见蓝色的大海和帆影” 。很多人对米沃什的这首诗都是一见钟情，当你遇到困难的时候不防拿出来读读。
